Q: How much do GnomeTomes
cost?
A: Most titles are just five bucks each. Though, larger GnomeTomes
might sell for ten bucks or more. We're trying to keep it affordable
and accessible for everyone. We want you to be happy!
Q: If I give you five bucks, what do
I get in return?
A: A total of seven digital document formats: PDF, LIT, DOC, CHM,
TXT, TR, and PDB. Yeah, all seven of 'em. We'll even throw in our
sincere appreciation at no extra cost. Undying gratitude is available
only if you buy 'em all. If any of the included formats didn't fit
into your lifestyle, I'd be surprised. But, we'd add a new format
if enough people were willing to pay for it. Right now, we feel
like what we offer is more than enough for the price you pay.
Q: Can I print out my GnomeTomes?
A: You sure can. We really don't care what you do with them, since
you can take them with you wherever you go. They'll work on your
desktop system, laptop, and handheld devices. Just don't go sharing
what you've purchased with other people. Then we'll have to put
the smack down on you and everyone else.
Q: What if I lose my downloaded GnomeTomes?
A: When you first gain access to the files, I suggest backing them
up somewhere safe. Of course, we'll have a record of your purchase,
so replacing them electronically should not be a problem. Remember,
you can view the content anywhere you wish - as long as it remains
in your posession.
Q: Are these the only GnomeTomes
you have?
A: Right now, yes. We'll expand the library to other topics if these
sell like hotcakes. Oddly enough, it costs you more for hotcakes
than it does to get a single GnomeTomes
eBook. We have to make sure this is a viable model. If you like
what you see, and if you could use the help, then don't postpone
your purchase.
Q: Can't I just buy one copy and send it
to all my friends?
A: Not really. That's illegal. If you can't afford dropping five
or ten bucks for quality, multi-formatted content, you shouldn't
be spending your time reading eBooks. Get a better job. Think of
all the things in this world that cost much more and give you much
less. If we find piracy is rampant, we'll cut down on the number
of formats available and institute some kind of strict DRM policy.
Don't make us do that.
Q: Content should be free.
A: Instead of charging a subscription to our various daily newsletters
right now, we're giving this eBook thing a shot. Even if you're
not subscribed to our newsletters, we'd like to believe that each
one of these tip-topped GnomeTomes
are worth paying for. If you're whining about five or ten bucks,
I suggest seeking professional help. You might pay more for a meal
at any given fast food restaurant. eBooks are healthier for your
arteries, anyway. Or so I'm told. You might be able to find the
same content online, but you'd still have to sift through it on
your own. We're already collecting the best of the best and formatting
it for you to read. How much is your time worth? Waste two or more
hours on the Internet trying to find help - or purchasing an eBook
or two immediately. We're trying to cut down your lost opportunity
cost.
Q: Are GnomeTomes
just focused on technology topics?
A: We certainly don't want them to be. If there are tons of tips
for a particular topic, then by all means - we'll slap a Gnome on
'em.
Q: Is this idea new?
A: Not really. People have been doing eBooks for years. Anybody
can do this. We're just building on our established brand and making
it easier for every good eBook author to get noticed. It's a network!
If anybody can do this, why aren't they? Good question. They might
be, but most people don't have a good way of letting people know
that they're an eBook author. We do. Our newsletter network reaches
250,000 on a daily basis. And that audience will expand as we publish
more eBooks. It's all about branding.
Q: What if I don't like what I read?
A: All sales are final. Are you telling me that you're afraid of
not getting your money's worth? If just one of the tips doesn't
save you time, energy, money, or resources, I'd be surprised. If
the formatting is messed up, please let us know. We want to make
sure the document looks nice no matter what you use to view it.

A: Sure! You bet! We're hoping you can! We have straightforward,
